We are thrilled to welcome Claire Mitchell to Excello Law’s U.S. team in California.
Claire is a highly skilled civil litigator and trial attorney with a wealth of experience representing both individuals and companies through every stage of complex litigation. Her recent work has focused on business litigation, consumer class actions, and trusts and estates disputes. Claire’s practice spans a wide range of legal matters, including breach of contract, fraud, workplace sexual harassment, elder financial abuse, real estate and cannabis-related disputes, and intellectual property issues.
Before relocating her practice to Santa Barbara in 2019, Claire was a litigation associate at leading international law firm O’Melveny & Myers LLP in Los Angeles, where she advised high-profile clients in the entertainment industry, including Twentieth Century Fox Film.
Claire earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2017 and holds a B.A. in International Development Studies with Highest Honors from UC Berkeley. At Berkeley, she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and recognised as a Regents’ and Chancellor’s Scholar.
