As we approach the anniversary of our 13th year in operation, we were delighted recently to recognise a group of seven pioneer lawyers who have been with us since the early days and have achieved more than a decade each of consultant working.
It is estimated that up to a third of lawyers will be working as consultants over the next five years so the early adopters of the consultancy model – who did so at a time when there was some scepticism within the profession – changed the landscape and improved the understanding and benefits of more modern working practices for the many thousands of lawyers that have followed them.
We are delighted to recognise the following for their contribution to the firm’s success and for taking a leap of faith all those years ago – one we know they have never looked back on!
