Damages recovered in excess of £140,000 in a negotiated settlement with insurers.

Testimonials

We have been fortunate to find a law firm in Excello Law that offers fair, non-extortionate fees, enabling us to take on many cases in support of clients—many of whom are from minority backgrounds—who could otherwise never afford to fight for their rights.

Working with Sarah has been a pleasure. She has consistently demonstrated professionalism, approachability, and an extensive knowledge of the music industry. When you reach out to her, there’s no sense of rushing or ticking clocks; her focus is entirely on providing thoughtful and expert guidance. Her calm, sensible approach was key to our success in a recent mediation.

Sarah has proven to be invaluable to both our company and our clients. We will certainly continue to rely on her services in the future

I had the pleasure of working with Sarah Lapsley from Excello Law during a challenging time in my life. Her expertise, dedication, and unwavering support was truly remarkable. From the very beginning, Sarah took the time to understand my case in detail and provided clear, concise advice that was easy to follow. Her professionalism and attention to detail were evident in every interaction, and she always made me feel like a priority.

What stood out the most was Sarah’s ability to navigate complex legal issues with ease and confidence. She was always well-prepared and articulate, which gave me immense confidence in the outcome of my case. Thanks to Sarah`s hard work and determination, we achieved a favourable result that exceeded my expectations.

I highly recommend Sarah and Excello Law to anyone in need of legal assistance. Their commitment to their clients and their exceptional legal skills makes them outstanding lawyers.

I am incredibly grateful for their support and would not hesitate to seek their counsel again in the future.

When my siblings and I were in need of an expert litigation lawyer, specialising in family law/probate issues, Sarah Lapsley came highly recommended.

Sarah worked very hard for us.  She was highly reliable and dedicated to getting to a good outcome and whilst up against an extremely stubborn and antagonistic opponent.

Her attention to detail and unfailing investigation and forensic research through masses of detailed documentation, were paramount in getting us to the best settlement we could hope for and to avoid ending up in court.

So thoughtful, diligent and responsive, Sarah made very complex legal arguments very easy to understand and action on our behalf.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Sarah as wise counsel and a true and extremely competent legal professional.

Sarah is a real asset to Excello Law. We used her services and skills for a very contentious probate case, she was extremely professional and wasted no time in resolving the case and obtaining a favorable outcome for us, in a relatively short period of time. I would not hesitate to recommended her.

As Christmas approaches we wanted to get in touch to say a very delayed thank you for all your help with our legal case which began soon after the loss of our dear mother and mother in law last year.

November 2022 has now passed which means 6 months have passed since we were granted probate for the late…………….. estate, making it more difficult for  ……………to challenge the estate and will in the future.

Losing ……….. in May 2021 was a sad time for the family and the legal letters that followed caused much stress for ……………, as a consequence for the whole family, as you know only too well.

Your dedication to our case, meeting us at weekends and taking the time to hear our story was a major factor in our ability to cope with the hurtful allegations that were made against us.  The financial aspect was of course important, however, the stories that ……….. created about us being manipulative, money orientated, cruel people had a much deeper impact and the repercussions of the whole affair are still impacting how we behave to this day.

We wanted to express our gratitude for your unfaltering support, thorough investigation and willingness to help during that most stressful time.  Throughout the case you were approachable, available and steadfast in your prediction of how the case would play out – which proved to be correct.

At a time we were at our most vulnerable and afraid you were a constant source of support.  Your experience in the field shone through and we found much solace in the advice you afforded us.
