Excello Law Refund Policy

Where payment has been made by credit or debit card we can only refund the money to the same card you used to make your payment. If you believe you are due a refund you must send an email to accounts@excellolaw.co.uk within seven days of making your payment.

You must include a detailed explanation of why you believe you are due a refund. Any refunds are made at our sole discretion, but always subject to your statutory rights. We would normally anticipate processing your refund within 5 business days of receipt of your email.

When you make a credit card payment to our client account, then you agree that the transaction is complete as soon as the amount you transfer has been credited to our client account and recorded as available to you. You therefore agree to waive any right to refund, revoke or charge back your payment. You will not be able to challenge any subsequent transaction undertaken using such funds.
