Sheikh Hassan

Sheikh Hassan is a Lawyer at Livida Sport, working with sports clients including clubs, owners, sport executives, promotors, athletes and agents. He provides strategic advice on a broad range of matters, including buying and selling football clubs within a multiple club ownership structure, and commercial, regulatory, intellectual property (including image rights) and dispute matters.

Having trained at a magic circle law firm, Sheikh is experienced in advising major businesses and financial institutions on complex and time-sensitive transactions, M&A deals, corporate restructuring, regulatory and ESG matters, and all aspects of corporate and commercial real estate, including direct and indirect acquisitions and disposals.
