Nyaradzo assists both employers and employees in a variety of employment law matters (both contentious and non-contentious) such as disciplinary and grievance processes, drafting contracts and employee handbooks, settlement agreements and Employment Tribunal proceedings. Nyaradzo has represented clients in a wide range of Employment Tribunal matters, from unfair dismissal and disability discrimination to pregnancy and maternity discrimination.
After completing her training contract at a boutique employment law and HR consultancy firm, Nyaradzo went on to join a top tier Legal 500 firm in Manchester, where she advised a broad spectrum of clients on a number of matters and gained further experience in Employment Tribunal advocacy.
