Emma has experience in a range of corporate and commercial matters, including company/business sales and acquisitions. Her work predominantly focuses on regulated sector businesses including childcare and health & social care. Emma has also advised clients both locally and nationally on a range of other businesses including retail and transport.

She also advises clients on real estate matters in the following areas:

Outside work, Emma enjoys the gym/running and is hoping to face another marathon soon. She has previously competed in local horse shows and would like to spend more time on the hobby in the future.
