Senior dispute resolution and corporate lawyer joins Excello Law.

David Moore - Excello LawDavid Moore, a specialist in dispute resolution, commercial and business structuring, has joined national law firm Excello Law.

Formerly managing partner of the London office of MTA Corporate Solicitors (later MTA Taylor Moore LLP), David has many years’ experience in commercial disputes including cross-border litigation and disputes in technical fields working for clients across a wide range of sectors including technology and property. He also deals with non-contentious commercial work with a particular focus on commercial structuring and project work.

David qualified in 1992 and worked for firms including Maislish & Co at Mirror Group and Landau & Scanlan before becoming a partner at Collyer Bristow in 2000.  There he had a particular focus on developing existing property, project and arbitration business in South Africa.  He moved to MTA in 2007 establishing the London office and market capability across key practice areas including litigation, commercial, corporate and property.
