Private client lawyer Emma Gadsden joins Excello Law

Emma Gadsden has joined Excello Law from Coupe Bradbury in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire, where she was Head of the Private Client department.

Emma qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and has developed her practice as a specialist in private client work including all aspects of estate planning and administration with a particular focus on Court of Protection matters, wills, probate, trusts and tax.

Her clients are typically business owners and high net worth individuals and she advises on all aspects of estate planning and succession including inheritance tax planning planning and mitigation. She also undertakes probate administration and has particular experience of estates which contain business and agricultural property.

Emma often acts as a professional trustee and is experienced in dealing with the administration of high value trusts. She has been a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners since 2007.
