Excello Law hires ex-McClure Naismith’s partner Ashok Ghosh

Firm continues growth with Partner recruit

Excello Law, the dynamic new model commercial law firm, continues its national growth with the hire of Former McClure Naismith partner Ashok Ghosh.

Ashok joins Excello from Scottish firm McClure Naismith, where he was a partner for 10 years. He ran the Project Unit growing the firm’s presence in London, specialising in acting for investment banks in project finance in the UK and internationally providing PPP and PFI expertise.

Prior to joining McClure Naismith, Ghosh was a partner at Beachcroft Wansbroughs, Altheimer & Gray and Barnett Alexander Chart.

Ashok Ghosh, said: “I am delighted to join Excello Law. I had already been in talks with Excello prior to the news of McClure Naismith administration. Its entrepreneurial approach is different to other law firms, creating a positive work-life balance and will allow me to develop their own project finance department.”

Ashok is currently a Chairman of the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal for England and Wales and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
