Family lawyer Rachel Murphy joins national firm Excello Law in Dorset

Solicitor Rachel Murphy, who specialises in a range of family law matters including divorce, financial matters, domestic abuse, child arrangements and pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements, has joined national firm Excello Law based in Ferndown, Dorset.

Qualifying in 2019, Rachel previously worked at Kiteleys Solicitors in Wimborne Minster and will be working closely with Excello family law partner Naomi Lelliott across Hampshire and Dorset.

On joining the firm, Rachel said: “The flexibility of being a consultant lawyer within a dedicated new-model firm will allow me to work around my family. I have previously found that many of my clients wanted to meet outside of the normal 9-5, as they too have children and work. Being flexible not only works for me but makes things more workable for my clients too.”

Joanne Losty, director at Excello, commented: “We have enjoyed significant growth of the firm over recent years and we’re delighted to welcome Rachel to our family practice.  The south coast is a strategic area for Excello in terms of expansion and we’re always pleased to hear from lawyers looking to enjoy greater freedom to build their practice with all the infrastructure and regulatory support from an established consultant model firm like Excello.”
