Excello Law is delighted to announce the appointment of Rachel Waller, a highly skilled solicitor specialising in Wills, Estates, and Trusts disputes, to our growing team. Rachel brings with her a wealth of experience in contentious probate matters, Court of Protection disputes, and complex litigation, further strengthening Excello Law’s commitment to providing exceptional legal services.
Rachel joins Excello Law after her recent role at the Official Solicitor and Public Trustee’s Office, where she handled complex litigation for clients who lacked the mental capacity to do so themselves. With over 13 years of experience in private practice, including her most recent position as a partner at Bishop & Sewell LLP, Rachel successfully established and led the Contentious Probate/Court of Protection Team. Her expertise spans disputes involving Wills, Estates, Trusts, mental capacity issues, and professional negligence claims, as well as handling sensitive matters involving vulnerable clients, challenging family dynamics, coercive control, and intimidatory behavior.
Jo Losty, Chief Operating Officer of Excello Law, said: “We are absolutely delighted to welcome Rachel to our team. Her depth of knowledge and extensive experience in such a specialised area of law is a tremendous asset to Excello Law. We are committed to offering our lawyers the tailored support they need to thrive, and having someone of Rachel’s calibre join us is a testament to our unique approach.”.
